Copyright and removal requests
For copyright complaints or content removal requests, email copyright@meituhd.com.
To avoid delays, include all information listed on the Copyright Removal page rather than sending only an image or an unsupported assertion.
Privacy requests
For questions about personal information or a privacy-rights request, email contact@meituhd.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
Do not send passwords, payment information, identity documents, or other sensitive data unless we specifically request information needed to verify your request.
Review time
We aim to review complete messages within 3 to 7 business days. Complex ownership disputes or incomplete requests may require additional time and evidence.
