Last updated: July 23, 2026
Scope and data controller
This policy applies to the FrameHalo website at meituhd.com and its related pages. FrameHalo is the public-facing name used by the site operator for this service.
Questions or privacy-rights requests can be sent to contact@meituhd.com.
Information processed when you visit
FrameHalo does not currently require an account, profile, purchase, or subscription to browse the site.
Our hosting, content-delivery, security, and logging providers may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, approximate time, response status, and security signals. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and understand basic service performance.
Local image processing
When you select an image in the FrameHalo cropper, the file is processed locally in your browser. The selected source image and exported crop are not intentionally transmitted to FrameHalo servers.
Your browser or operating system may keep temporary data according to its own storage and download settings. Closing the page or clearing browser data is controlled by you.
Email correspondence
If you email us, we process the address, message, attachments, and related correspondence you provide so we can review and respond to your request.
Copyright and removal correspondence may be retained as needed to document rights evidence, actions taken, repeated claims, and legal compliance. General messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
FrameHalo may use strictly necessary storage for security, language preferences, or essential site operation.
If analytics or Google advertising services are enabled, those services may use cookies, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and device information according to their own policies. Where applicable law requires consent, optional analytics or advertising storage should not be activated until the visitor has made a consent choice.
Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and provides advertising controls at https://myadcenter.google.com/.
Service providers and international processing
We may use service providers for hosting, DNS, security, content delivery, storage, analytics, advertising, and email. They process information for their respective services under their own terms and privacy policies.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable contractual, technical, and legal safeguards depend on the provider and the visitor’s jurisdiction.
Retention, security, and disclosure
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, correspondence, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Aggregated or de-identified technical records may be retained longer.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a legitimate business reorganization. FrameHalo does not sell personal information provided through contact emails.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. These rights may be subject to exceptions and identity verification.
Send a request to contact@meituhd.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. You may also manage cookies through browser settings and advertising preferences through the relevant provider.
Children and policy changes
FrameHalo is not designed to collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly request such information. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent us personal information may contact us for review.
We may update this policy when site features, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current published version.
