Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using FrameHalo, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies linked from the website. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms in your jurisdiction. A minor may use the service only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

The FrameHalo service

FrameHalo provides curated wallpaper pages, device-fit information, attribution and license records, external source references, and browser-based image tools.

Features and content may be added, changed, restricted, or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every page, image, or external source will remain accessible.

Wallpaper licenses and attribution

Third-party images remain subject to the rights and license terms identified on their detail pages. FrameHalo does not grant ownership or broader permission than the relevant rights holder or license provides.

You are responsible for verifying that your intended download, modification, publication, or commercial use is allowed, including any attribution, share-alike, trademark, personality-rights, or territorial requirements.

Local cropper and your files

You may use the cropper with files you are legally permitted to process. Selecting or exporting a file does not transfer it to FrameHalo servers under the current local-processing design.

You remain responsible for the source file, the exported result, local backups, and compliance with any applicable rights. Do not use the tool to facilitate unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with website security or availability, bypass access controls, distribute malware, impersonate others, submit fraudulent legal notices, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Do not perform abusive automated requests, scraping, bulk downloading, republishing, reselling, or commercial redistribution of FrameHalo pages, metadata, branding, or compiled catalog without permission. Normal search-engine crawling that follows published directives is not prohibited.

FrameHalo materials

The FrameHalo name, visual identity, page design, original text, original software, and original editorial organization are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Third-party images and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

A link to a FrameHalo page is generally permitted, but you may not falsely imply endorsement, copy the site identity, or present FrameHalo content as your own service.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Information may contain errors, and external links may change without notice. Review the separate Disclaimer for additional details.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FrameHalo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from unavailable service, third-party content, use outside a license, or reliance on page information. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not excluded.

Enforcement, changes, and contact

We may restrict access, remove content, or investigate activity when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, the service, or legal compliance.

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after the updated terms are published means the new version applies from its stated date, subject to mandatory law.
